This Registration Form is intended exclusively for individual doctors. Registrations sponsored or funded by pharmaceutical companies are not permitted.

As per NMC/MCI ethical guidelines, pharmaceutical companies cannot sponsor doctors for conference registration. Doctors are required to complete their registration independently “from their own personal account” and bear the applicable registration fee “in their own name” as receipts are only issued in registering doctors name from the account AICOG 2027 SURAT SOGS

The Organising Committee AICOG 2027 Surat will not be responsible for any registration made on this registration form by a pharma company on behalf of any Doctor who will do so at his/her own risk and liabilities with NMC / MCI .
